OUR SHIPPING POLICY
For the time being, we only provide shipping to Malaysia (West Malaysia and East Malaysia), where customers can make any purchases through our official website – www.beautyfantasy.my
DELIVERY FEES:
- BEAUTY FANTASY delivers across Malaysia with shipping rates as shown below:
- Peninsular Malaysia: from RM 10.00 (depending on the weight of the parcel)
- Sabah & Sarawak: from RM 20.00 (depending on the weight of the parcel)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- ALL products shown on this website are ready stocks available in West Malaysia.
- Our courier service provider is DHL eCommerce only.
- Kindly ensure your shipping address provided is accurate as there will be no amendments allowed after your order number is generated.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Hence, for university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
- As for the security guarded building, the parcel will be handed to the guardhouse or management office only.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:
- During the normal circumstances, after payment is confirmed, orders will be processed immediately on the next working day to be arranged for ship out (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During the promotion period, due to the overwhelming order volume, there will be a slight delay in shipment. After payment is confirmed, orders will be processed and arranged for ship out within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, customers can still expect to receive their packages within the promised delivery time frame stated above.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact our customer service team at our Whatsapp Customer Service. The verification process for a refund will then be processed.
All return requests will be subjected to Beauty Fantasy’s verification and approval. Kindly note that parcel return without verification is not acceptable. Any items returned without Beauty Fantasy’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender. Please be advised that Beauty Fantasy tracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- All refunds will be in the form of store credit, with the full value of the product, excluding the shipping fee and voucher used.
- No refund will be allowed unless the product is found faulty/leakage occurs.
- Refunds are also NOT allowed if there is damage in the product box during shipment as it is beyond our control. However, we will ensure the orders are packed cautiously to minimize or avoid the product box from being damaged during the shipment.
- In the event where a customer received incorrect or missing items, please let us know immediately via our Whatsapp Customer Service team.
- The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date. Once your request has been processed, you will be expecting a confirmation text via our Whatsapp Customer Service team.
- Kindly include photos of Beauty Fantasy’s packaging and damaged items in the return request.
- Return item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way possible.
- Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set (the original purchase form and condition).
- The returned item(s) must be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days upon Beauty Fantasy’s approval of your request.
- Any shipping costs associated with the returned item(s) will NOT be covered by Beauty Fantasy.
- The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, or its original product packaging.
- The customer shall be responsible for the risks and conditions of the returned item until it reaches us. Beauty Fantasy will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Beauty Fantasy receiving it.
- Please be reminded that any items returned without Beauty Fantasy’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
